    Technomoves.com carries a quality toy which they call the LED Poi Stick, and I’m glad that I had the opportunity to review it.

    The stick itself is incredibly well built, sturdy, and can take a lot of damage. It’s weight and size make it quite similar to a normal 6″ glowstick, although not enough to brag about. Like most LED sticks of this type the button is easy to access, and changing between the different lighting modes doesn’t prove to be difficult. The different color schemes are what really make this LED stick stand out. Not only is each mode extremely bright, but each is very appealing. Two of the color modes that really stand out against other LED sticks of this type were “Strobing Blue - Green - Red” and “Slow Fade (Rainbow)”. The first rapid fire color change is very different from any other mode I have seen before, and really got me stuck on dancing with it. The second mode is a smooth, slow, deep color change, that creates rainbow-like patters when swung. Since the second mode is a color fade you can be sure that it will leave nice solid trails when swung, great for taking pictures or video of it.

    Practically speaking the color effects make this a great rave/party/dance toy. The color effects are some of the best I’ve seen among LED sticks, and this stick is guaranteed to make you stand out in a crowd. Whether you’re dancing with these in your hands or swinging one or two around on the strings already provided and firmly attached, you are guaranteed hours of fun playing around with the different color combinations. There aren’t that many other “practical” uses for these sticks besides entertainment and enjoyment, but even so, it’s a great toy to have. Batteries are fairly easy to change, although replacing them can be a bit of a chore.

    Overall this toy is one of the best LED sticks around. Not only is it finely constructed, easy to use, and comes with a huge variety of lighting modes, it’s cheap! The price and quality make this a must buy for any party-goer.
